I built LifeOS around three everyday questions: what changed, what needs attention and what should I do next? I defined the product direction and built a self-hosted platform with an Android companion app, connecting email, scanned documents and messages to the relevant people, tasks and cases.
The central design decision is to retain the sources behind answers and require confirmation before changing records. The stack combines Python/FastAPI, Docker, Qdrant and local models through Ollama. Real operational cases inform priorities and acceptance criteria. This remains a personal product-development and R&D programme.
